VERY BEAUTIFUL ROSARY. Metallic, adorned with beads and flowers, in various COLORS. Approximately 22" long. Often used in our spiritual vaults and for other spiritual and religious purposes.
The rosary is a string of beads used to keep count of prayers. It consists of a cross, small beads (Hail Marys), and larger beads (Our Fathers), organized in series called mysteries.
How is it used?
The use of the rosary combines the repetition of prayers with meditation on the Mysteries of the Rosary, which narrate key moments in the lives of Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary. It is usually prayed as follows:
Beginning: Sign of the Cross, Creed, Our Father, 3 Hail Marys, Glory Be.
Mysteries: Five mysteries are meditated upon (Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious, or Luminous, depending on the day).
For each mystery:
1 Our Father
10 Hail Marys
1 Glory Be
(optional) Fatima Prayer
Conclusion: Litany and final prayer to the Virgin Mary.
It can be prayed at any time of day.
You don't need to be an expert: the intention and heart are what matter.
It can accompany moments of difficulty, gratitude, or spiritual seeking.
